introduction
Newly acquired a 1993 3/4 ton Dodge Cummins. Transmission, front end, and such had been torn up on some boulders by a previous owner. Did convert to a NV4500, and a 12 1/4 inch clutch. Now having surges in the volt gauge, and various other electrical problems. Considering this pickup sat for several years without running,be grateful that anything works. For not being mechanically talented, sure jumped in with both feet.

Welcome to the site and good luck with the truck. there is alot of good info and great guys in the first gen forum to help you along the way. There is some info in there about changing over to the old style voltage regulator that was alot better than your setup. Rest assured you have found the right place.
