interior lights
ok it seems that if i have my dimmer switch on the normal position even when i close the doors the interior lights stay on. When this first happend me and my passenger would just open and close our doors and it would go off. but know they stay on no matter what. also with the doors open i press the switch to turn the lights off manualy and they still dont work. Hoping somebody has had this problem. Thanks in advanced

Does that model of truck have a delay timer for the interior lights? You might be able to find it in the fuse box section of your owners manual. It's possible that the timer is stuck on.

I had a problem like this in my 94, it wasnt electrical it was mechanical, what was happening was the door would actually push the whole switch in instead of the button. The switch in the door jamb is the one. An eight dolllar part from the dealer later, and it was fixed. You might check it
