I would use a Power Stroke intercooler instead. I think there is a wright up in the sticky. I don't recall the years you should be looking for but I believe they are '99-'01? They should be the all aluminum ones. Is there a particular reason you want to use the Dodge one?

If you plan on using the powerstroke innercooler the rad is ok but you have to cut a little of the mounting flange of the rad so it clears the inlet/outlet of the ic. You will also have to remove the center brace on the rad support and cut the back of the grill if you have the 89 style grill. If you take our time and lay things out it isn't that hard to do. I had mine installed and running in 6 hrs although there was allot of cutting that had to be done. It is defiantly a upgrade worth doing. I saw a 250* drop in my egt's.
