Does anybody have the size of a second gen intercooler guy has one says measurement is 24.5 deep 36 long I don,t think it will fit in my truck

There are two 2nd gen CAC's. 12v and 24v. The 24v is taller @16 inch's high. Check the sticky's. Good write up on them..

Were u guys able to keep your air condensor when u put in the 3rd gen intercooler and can I keep my old grille or do I need one from a 91.5 and newer

i didnt have ac and i have a newer grill. plan on not having the stock frame rails because you have to cut them all the way off. or you can cut the bottom of the inter cooler if your good at welding aluminum.
