Installed longer fuel screw

So I put the new bosch fuel screw in. It bottomed out just like the old one, but it was a good 1/16" longer, so it bumped up the idle quite a bit. The RPM really hangs now, and It doesn't decelerate well at all! Am I close to runaway, or do I just need to set my idle speed back down?

Thanks!

Set the idle down and see what it does. As you get closer to runaway the rpms will start to take off at higher then idle rpm's. My 89 starts to take off after 1400 rpm's or so in park. When its in gear you can not feel it. I start to add throttle and the gov works correct. Once it gets to 1400 it just keeps increasing rpm's with no more throttle. It will climb up to 3600 but comes down instantly when throttle is released.
