Injector trouble
I am having trouble getting my old injectors out of my 97 12v I cant get them out of the head they are stuck really bad I have sprayed them I have put vice grips on them I have tryed to make a puller but could not find the right nuts and bolts any ideas

If you are not planning on keeping them, I saw a guy shoot one across the garage by cranking the engine over because it was stuck

Search the 12-valve forum for Injector Puller. You can make a neat pulling tool from a piece of pipe, like electrical metal conduit, then use a lugnut to force the injector out. Works very easy and is very cheap and easy to make. Look here:

The electrical conduit works well but the EMT connectors work a little better. The metal is slightly thicker so it wont bent as fast. Not to mention they are around a buck apiece.
