LOL they tried that with my 05 and every injector was blowing white smoke. But of course once they figured out all 6 injectors were bad Dodge said they would not approve r&r of all 6. Now its "Normal" for it to blow white smoke and miss at startup.

just off the phone with the dealer,,he said they eliminated the injector leak as the problem,,also said dodge probably wouldn"t pay for them to take the exaust off,,anyways,,the truck runs rough for about a minute when started cold,,they can"t figuire out the problem and they are going to try putting some new fuel in in to see if that helps,,i don"t think that"s the problem because i always get my fuel at flying Js ,,but they are going to try it anyways (and wait another 4 hours after that) then they are going to try putting a stock air filter back on( I"m running the afe proguard 7 with the air box) they admit that they don"t have a clue what"s wrong with it and STAR doesn"t know either,,,,anybody ever have this problem????

First off. They should be removing the injectors to perform the leak down test. Then putting them on the bench with a injector test machine and checking their blow off pressure, while doing that they can tell if the injector is leaking.. Seems to be one more of Dodge's shoddy practices where they actually do not know what they are doing.
How do prove a leaky injector with the injecotr still in the truck. Wow they must have a X RAY machine. Tell your dealer to fess up and admit they have no clue.
What are your symtoms of your problem???

Every single 600 I know does the same thing. They are designed that way. It is a cold startup feature. If you had a leaking injector, you would know it. You would be able to hear a loud knock and/or your crankcase would be filling with fuel. There is no middle of the road there. In this climate it is worse. It will all but go away if you plug it in.
