Info on Turbonetics CTD chargers here..
OK fellas, I called T-netics and got the turbo info that they ought to have on their website (no map though-- phone, y'know).
There are two chargers, the "Stage 1" based on a T58, and the "stage 2" based on the HP66. The "stage 3" that's on some sites and web boards won't be placed in production. It's vaporware and you can't get one.
On with the specs:

Comp Exducer: 3.304"/84mm
Turbine Inducer: 2.92"/74.1mm
Turbine Exducer: 2.542"/64.5mm
Turbine housing: .70 A/R
Flange: T4 divided (yes, it comes with an adapter)
Turbine outlet: 4" V-band (woohoo!)

If you calculate the trim on these compressors, you can see they are fairly low, and should handle higher PRs pretty well. The stg 1 is on the map up to 40psi, and the stg 2 up to 45psi, according to their tech.
No selection of turbine housings is available-- you either take it or leave it.
The stg1 looks like it would be a great towing turbo-- nice open hot side to let it breathe.

Not with the assumptions I made. the 500hp I want needs 73 lb/min.
62lb/min is enough for ~425hp with perfectly manageable EGTs (<1200) and no smoke at all.
This assumes BSFC of .4 and afr of 22:1-- pretty clean.
