Ignition HELP needed

I removed my radio in prep for the new one. I have a remote starter and was moving some wiring below ignition and heard a short from exposed wiring(I need to clean up my wiring mess

Anyways, went to start the truck this morning, put key in ignition and the sound came on like you hear when you take the key out and leave the lights on. Went to turn the key and no ignition stuff, no instrument panel lights, etc. Obviously it won't crank either.

Any ideas? I checked small 10A fuse in cab and also looked at ignition fuse in engine bay, both looked good....

I think it's No. 10 but one of the fuses can blow and you'll get a bunch of nothing when trying to start. Interior fuse box top row on the right....

Check the Ignition Off Power draw fuse. It is the one with the black retainer on it. Among a few other things it carries the power to maintain radio station presets. The short could have been that wire.

It is never a good idea to leave bare wires to be insulated "later".
