Exclamation If I delete my cat, is there a sensor I need to change.

Hi everyone, I wanted to throw on dual 7" cat back stack kit on my truck with a cat delete pipe. If I put on the cat delete pipe is there a sensor in the cat that needs to be changed? Please help before it alters the way my motor runs. Peace.
