hybrid trackbar bushings
Has anyone installed a set of Lazar Smith hybrid trackbar bushings? I was wondering if it matters what bushing goes where, and what the washers are for that came with the bushings?

I wondered the same thing when I got mine so I sent him an email. Here is his responce. Hope he doesn't mind.
"The washers are shims to take up front-rear clearance between the bushings and the brackets - usually, the small one fits in the diff and the large washer in the frame.
Although they can go on either end, we install the offset bushing on the frame end of the trackbar with the hole clocked towards the end of the bar. The entry side of the bushing is beveled and the trackbar's bore should be clean and rust-free; beveling the entry side of the bore (you should note this before removing the OEM bushing) makes installation easier as well. Filing/sanding a shallow depression on the entry side of the bore for the offset's protrusion will make it easy to clock it upon installation.
If you're not fully confident about R&Ring them yourself, I suggest doing the frame end of the trackbar first - with the offset bushing - just in case you need a "2nd chance" at that end with the zero offset bushing."

Just installed my offset bushings last week.Make sure your vise is strong enough to press them in.I broke mine and had to go to the local shop to finish the job.Could not fit a shim on the axle side so I left it out. These bushings are a lot better quality than the OEM.
