Okay, did the recirc door thing last year and control head; now, no control head function for the most part and air flow in all different directions. Took it in last week and had the blend and recirc motors replaced; picked it up, still no control head function ($485); part ordered and went this am; new control head in, still unable to go the defrost mode!!!!!
Left it there and waiting to see what's next. I love my truck, but I hate some of the mickey mouse engineering in these plastic components that make it all come together. Yeah, I know, rant, rant,rant

Sometimes after we spend 30 or 40K our expectations are pretty high that we will receive a good quality product and sometimes we a sadly disappointed. I agree with you 100%!!!!! It's the little things that really-----whatever
