Most of you guys have been on here long enough to know that HTS has great customer service. Recently I have had a couple of issues with my tranny. Both times Dusty sent me 2 valve bodies. We finally got the problem resolved, the tranny is shifting great now. Anyway I just wanted say that Dusty & Marianne are great to deal with. Top notch customer service and they build an awsome tranny!

Oh yeah IMO HTS best in the business hands down !
so long as HTS is in business with dusty & maryann around , the only transmission part I use or recommend or buy is HTS !

HTS has also demonstrated superior customer service , way above and beyond my expectations , absolutely the most honest , competent , fair , top of the line first class company to do transmission business with & I live in California . I am willing to go through any hassle pay any shipping and wait for any part from HTS cause when I get it HTS always makes sure I am happy & that the trans does what I was told and what I asked for ! I really do not know what better is ----- cause my transmission is the best!

my next rebuild or new trannie will be an HTS built by Dusty Hawk!
there is nothing else to think about in terms of transmission I call Dusty & he takes care of me & treats me like Solid Gold.

I bet he is the same with most people Dusty is a great guy & also a long time dodge mopar hot rodder from back in the day he has been setting up these transmissions longer then some of us have been alive LOL.

When it comes time for a tranny (when I get some money), it will probably be HTS. I only hear good things aboout them and they have a great trans!

I just installed a vb from hts, it was doing the shuffle shift, I called dusty and he told me the fix to the problem and it was fixed within an hr. Great customer service. I will be buying a full tranny from them when the time comes.

Dusty and marianne are the BEST! I called every one of the top tranny builders, and ended up buying an HTS tranny because of the time he spent teaching me about what everything is for and informing me of what he recommended. i spent all morning on the phone with him! If you are looking for the best customer service, and a very well built transmission, buy from HTS. I love mine and it has been flawless since it was installed.
