HTML is "OFF"

It seems I don't see as many personalized logos anymore.

At the bottom of the screen, it says HTML is OFF.

Is this the reason?

No, html is hypertext language. Allowing it in posts is a security risk so we turn it off. People can use avatars if they want, but images aren't allowed in signatures anymore.
