Ht3b
What would be the best HT3B turbo to use as a bottom turbo in a set of twins? Which brand-holset,garrett or schwitzer and which part number? I know a single inlet (not a divided inlet) is the way to go and a 26cm will work good but I'd like to get the part #s for these turbos so I can do some price shopping.
Thanks for the help to come.

167050 That number is for a BHT3B (B in front of the H designates the undivided housing) w/26cm housing, that is for a Schwitzer.
Most desirable...Schwitzer in my book, they appear to be built the toughest by far.

The garrett BHT3B has a different compressor wheel then the others which they claim is 7% more efficient. Guys who switch to the garrett on over the road trucks when they replace their turbo see a little bit more boost with the better wheel. Not sure how much effect that has in a twins setup though. The cost of the wheel by itself is around $70. And the Garrett turbo is about $60-70 dollars more, so thats where the difference is.
