Stomp has 7xx on N2O. 68x on fuel alone.

Recorded 5.9L dyno is around 13xxhp I believe. Chris Werner had that record but I think someone has broke it already.

I remember when Chris broke 1200. Drove halfway down California @ 80mph, netting 17mpgs, and still break the current record.

VE record is STOMP

708 naws
680 w/m
630-ish fuel

KTA also has made c.630rwhp on fuel.

1,000hp VE's are nonsense as of right now

Most HP I have ever heard out of a 5.9L Cummins is 2,450 flywheel hp out of a puller. And I can't say who. =P Not much Cummins parts left on those suckers though.

That's what I told the kid, but he was all up and down about that 1st gen being 1k hp. I told him it was probably a pee pump swap. Still didn't take it! Haha

i wasn't counting pullers, just dyno queens.

i agree almost no cummins parts on a component puller anymore.

These VE pumps just dont flow like an inline pump can. Its like trying to make big power with a 2 barrel quadra jet carb.

On the good side these rotary pumps are small, simple, and effecient. Being hard headed and trying to make big power with them is just fun because its different.

And Stomp needs some competition for top honors. Someone needs to bring the record down to the Houston area one day.......

On an engine dyno 1,000hp from a VE pump IS possible. On a chassis dyno, I'm skeptical. That would take north of 1,200 crank hp to get 1,000 whp, and at this point a VE cant flow that much fuel.

If you go with other injectables like a 70%meth, 28%water, 2%nitro mix, and nitrous, and maybe some other voodoo anything is possible.

Haha, I've got some plans for the old girl but nothing that will come close to that number for a very longtime. Maybe in a few years
