Don't even need it on level 5 until you get the HOT upgrade.

I run my fuel pressure right down to zero then negative with just my Quad xzt, that is with a 2 micron filter installed just before the CP3, so I ordered an Air Dog 100. You might be ok without the added restriction of an extra filter.

I agree as long as your stock lift pump is functioning normal you can run a standard Juice/Attitude even on level 5 without any problems.

If you haven't had the in tank LP upgrade done the stock LP on the back of the fuel filter canister will kill itself. It dosen't need much help....

You have a bad pump or need to change a filter. A 65hp box shouldn't even come close to pulling down to 0psi.

My pump is good and changed my filter.....twice. I still can easily pull my fuel pressure to zero - quad tow module, intake, and exhaust mods only.

I'm thinking bad pump, lack of max boost pressure (20-22 psi max), 1500* egt at wot, thats why I went for the Air Dog, also truck just serviced, both fuel filters, air and oil changed.

What is strange with the commander is that you can go in and adjust your fuel pressure so it will read higher than it is. Mine read 8 psi at idle and with the 65 hp box I can pull it down to 2 PSI. I went in and adjusted the setting and now it reads 10-11 lbs at idle and at wot it drops down to 4-5 psi. The drop is the same but the peace of mine is better

I sometimes question the accuracy of the fuel pressure sensor, who really knows how accurate it is. My dealer told me that he checked my LP PSI when diagnosing a starting issue and he said that it was plenty strong and would handle some HP increase. He is a nice guy but that doesn't mean that he is honest.

Back when I only had an XZT, I'd pull it down to zero. Clean filter also. Went Walbro right after that. 20psi always, or whatever I set my regulator for... Gotta love the consistency of the wonderful stock fuel pumps...

They were 10mic then they changed them to 7mic because of problems. Still isn't enough. You cannot have too clean of fuel. PERIOD...
