Howes fuel treatment

Can using too much Howes fuel treatment cause your injectors to fail?

I use it with every tank of fuel but don't measure it, just kind of free pour it in the tank. I know I'm putting in more than is required and it even says that more won't be harmfull but I just dropped another 2 injectors and am wondering if this could be the problem?

No it can not. you can run that stuff straight without an issue. When trucks gell up they fill the fuel filter with it.

Brambles,

How do you like Howes? It seems to get me a few more miles to the gallon in my truck.

I honestly couldn't tell you, as far as mileage goes I don't drive consistantly enough to develop a solid baseline. Sometimes its all "hwy" and sometimes its all "city" and anywhere in between. Last tank was 18.4 mpg U.S. gallon hand calculated. I don't usually fall far below this, quite often my mileage is better.
My lift pump is still running so maybe the howes has something to do with that, sure wish my injectors would stop failing.
