Home Brewed Twins???

it doesnt seem to difficult to add on a second turbo to make mine twins... i can get all the piping very cheap.. jsut seems like i'll need to get a different wastegate housing... looking into 64/14 for the bottom... any help would be appriciated!! thanks alot

A 64/14 wouldn't be nearly big enough for a set of twins, most commonly a S400 or BHT3B is used with a 71mm-75mm inducer wheel.

ya that was my top turbo for a while do asearch on twins and get somev more backround you dont just plop them one there is tuning involved.

a 64/14 makes a lot better top charger than a bottom charger. if you were going to do it on the cheap, i would put a ht3b under the stocker, but if you were going to step it up a coupla notches i would but a 62/14 over a b2 or a s400.

But its also ALOT harder than you might think. there is so much tuning and tweaking to do to a set of twins to make them reliable its insane. but if you can find that sweet spot they sure are nice

ya blackdiesel has it right or you could put a k31 under and when you need big power you put a b2/s400 in place of the s400 because they are interchangable.
