High Tech Turbo
I'm stuck between getting the super stock 62/13ss/71 and the quick diesel 64/13ss/71. If you all would please guide me into the right light my 92 I mainly daily drive it and occasionally tow nothing major mostly 10k and under also it has 3.55 gears. I just want one that is going to spool well and be driver friendly as in staying cool. I do have the schied street cam and 5x18s from them and I am currently running the 175 pump. Any direction is greatly appreciated Thanks Zach

I have the 64/71/16, and it is a little laggy for daily driving. I can't make a good comment due to the fact that our trucks fuel different, but, out of the two choices, I'd go with the 62. If you think you can use more, they'll swap out the housings fairly cheap.
Get it polished... I wish I had.

I think its around 400ish? I just bought a 62/65/13 and it works prettt good for my app. Mark is right about the polishing, wish I had paid the extra to get mine.

I personally don't think the 13 is worth the extra money, a 62/71 will be good till around 550hp ballpark figures. AFC and timing will play an effect on street manners as well

I am running a 64 71 14, not htt, it spools okay with no load, and for towing you need to keep it above 2k rpm. I like it, it has lots of "go" when it lights up and for daily driving its fine.
