Not the goofy glowcrap. HID HIGH INTENITY DISCHARGE headlights.
You know like the ones that come on the high end cars. The ones that are really bright and light up almost like daylight.

On oncoming cars, they're too bright and annoy me and my poor night vision...and that's riding lots higher than a regular car. I'm absolutely blinded when driving my sons car.
The retina fryers with their too bright fog lights in my rear view mirrors get the smoke treatment when they get close enough to my pipe.

Yeah, I got the clear sport headlamps recently cause my stock ones had turned yellow. And I've got an extra set of HID ballasts laying around, so I'm just gonna buy some HID bulbs and put them in 
. I'll try to aim my lights a little lower so it doesn't bother people.

Personally, I wouldn't put them on a truck/car for one reason. They are blinding to on coming traffic.
Being in the truck, they are great, but nasty being on the business end of them. We have some newer tractors and the combine.
One person that pulls the grain cart for me in the fall, has a bad habit of leaving the high beams on (which also turns on the roof lamps). They make it hard to see what I'm doing while unloading on the go.

Well don't get it wrong. It's not going to be like high beams. High beams are aimed really high. HID's won't be in your face like high beams. The only reason I say it might "blind" on-coming traffic is because there is a possibility that there will be glare since the reflector housing of the headlights were designed for halogens. The higher light intensity of the HID's may result in narrow beam of glare to the left or right. At least this is my experience with HID's having them previously on another car.

At our fire station we have a 2002 hummer with the factory HID lamps next to the winch. If they were not so expensive I would already have them on my truck. I think they were a $1500 dollar option when we ordered the hummer. They only cut on with the high beams, so they cut off when you are going by a car. When they are off its almost like driving with the lights off. Click on this link to see a pic of the hummer.
