You will need to run resistors to the low beam wire to make them work, i used a 8 ohm 20 watt resistor from radio shack.....uses a t-tap and go from the low beam wire to a ground, that fools the ecm and they should work, i just installed some on a 05 last week.

or you can contact www.hidspeed.com and tell them your issue. they made me a harness with capacitor/resistor already in place and the harness uses both factory headlight sockets to operate the HID kit.

X2. I didn't get mine from this place, but this is your problem. Just need the capacitors and resistors!

Sorry for hi-jacking but I'm also having a problem my kit works great. The only problem im having is every once in a while i will go over a dip and my lights will flicker once. It happens every once in a while. Also the daylight running lights + HIDS seem to be a big problem and i have to drive around with my headlights on during the day to kill the buzzing sound if i dont turn the lights on. Any suggestions??

I used the same 8ohm 20 watt resistor. It lasted a month maybe a bit longer then the resistors gave up the ghost. I am currently waiting on the hidspeed kit that will do away with the problem. For $45 it's probably cheaper than if I built it myself.
