I ran the terra trac on a old ford F-250 I had and was very happy with them. Got about 55,000 miles out of them in the 5 years the tires were on the truck. Very good in the mud and snow. Would have them now except no 285 size.

my old man swears by em, that's all he runs, great in mud, snow, gravel, and on-road conditions. i don't know the mileage he got out of em but i know they hold up. his main concern was always, "will they hold up to gravel roads" cause he lives on em and drives em everyday. and the answer was yes. so if you get em i think you'll be happy.

I ran some 20 years ago and they were fine. Quite good in the mud (may not be the same model though). I dont know that I have ever seen them since. They came on the truck when I bought it and they worked very good for me.

Well Yah'll went ahead and put 2 new 1's on the front, they look good and feel good, of course they do, they new..... As for the mounting and balanceing of them compared to the old tires, they needed virtually no weight added, so not bad, lets see how they gonna hold out in the long run, any ???? Yah'll, ask Me. Peace

Dad ran them on his 3500. Got about 40k miles rotating them every 6-8k miles, and they have been out of round since the 2nd month. Wouldn't warranty them, and would not do anything to remedy the problem with us. The upside is I have NEVER seen a 3500 4x4 get traction like this truck does. Mud and snow with this truck is as if your driving on dry asphalt. Tires are also very noisy on the road.
