Help with minor interior rattles

I see that they haven't fixed the seatbelt rattle that was present in both of my 03s and now in my 06.

There's a slight rattle near my left ear while driving. I know I've read about this on the forum before, but can't find it now. Any good way to stop that rattle?

Also, I've got a rattle from the 6spd shifter somewhere. If I keep my hand on the shifter, no rattle. But as soon as I take my hand away, there's a little rattling. Any ideas?

Thanks

Could this be a rattle from the window? my 05 rattles right at the corner of the window. I need to get that fixed when I get some time.

Shift ****? The insert (with shift pattern) may be vibrating?

Both of the front door locks (the spindles) rattle in my truck - I ended up putting pieces of electrical tape around both of them. Just one time around each - just enough to keep the plastic from rattling on plastic.

I'll have to check the window next time I hear that particular rattle.

And that was my first thought about the shifter rattle too. But I put one finger on the center of the insert and still heard the rattle. I'm going to have to keep checking.

Underneath the shifter insert is a nut, it had come loose on mine, and would rattle unless your hand was on it. I took the insert out, took the nut off, put a dab of silicone on the threads and tightened it. Its been good since.

duct tape fixes every thing that bailing wire and visegrips can't.
