Help me diagnose my engine issue?

Started happening today which happens to be an unusually warm day for MN but really not that warm (93F or so). When I first start the truck and start driving I have no boost, gauge reads 3psi at most and then after a few minutes and after I take my foot off the go pedal it kicks out of it and is back to normal. lift pump is normal (5-10 psi), EGT's are normal, everything is normal. I don't remember the CP3 pressure but I can check tomorrow. It happened every time I started it this afternoon. I am also running the IQuad on level 6 if that matters.

Thanks in advance.

CEL is also on with P0237, might be a bad connection at the MAP sensor. I'll check in the am

I would first try disconnecting the quad to see if you can isolate the problem. If the problem is still there, check the power supply going to the mapo sensor to see if you are getting a clean 5 volts to the sensor. If the sensor has 5 volts, and the problem persists, replace the map sensor.

I'm asssuming you don't have a mechanical boost gauge?? And your monitoring pressure from the map with the quad?
