You may want to try resetting the APPS.

ya me and my buddy pretty sure it the Torque Converter it is locking up at idle which makes the motor chug then computer sees that rpm is low so it fuels which the harder u push brake more it fuels then when u let off it launches hard and the tc stays locked..... hey one quick question? When should the TC lock up? Is it in 2,3 and 4th... mine only locks up in fourth and it pulls hard..

The TC locks up in 4th unless you are using OD lockout, then it will lock in 3rd. I think I remember reading they can lock up in 2nd with 2nd selected with the shifter, can't remember. You may have to mod the VB to do that. Just not sure.

My truck (04.5) will lock @ 28 mph in 2nd as long as I select 2nd. Otherwise it will lock up in 3rd @ 48 mph with T/H on, or in 4th @ 48 mph with T/H off.

pretty sure you disconnect both battery neg cables for half an hour, then reconnect, turn key to run, slowly press fuel pedle to floor, slowly let up, shut truck to off, then start truck. if there were codes involved in the truck leading you to try to reset, remember it takes several starts of the motor without issues to stop the code from coming up.
