Help Clutch Feels Funny

I have started to feel that the clutch will not engage until the last little bit of the pedal. It feels like the friction point has moved. This clutch has about 20,000 on it. I'm leaving for a long trip pulling, do I need to do some work??

Sounds like week clutch hydraulics.

What does that mean? Sorry I don't know. The master cylinder, slave cylinder?? How do I fix this issue never had to fix this issue yet.
