Heater selection
When I turn my heater selection to the floor it just send air to the defrost. I believe that is a vaccumme valve, where should I start checking?

i have vaccumme
I got vaccumme going into the dash and I found 2 silver vaccume actuators under the dash that are moving whilst I change the selector. One is in the middle and one is on the passenger side. I have dash and defrost only, no floor. When the selector is adjusted to floor it defaults to defrost. What's next??
