Heater motor speed

2001.5- Dodge Cummins-There was a diagram awhile back that showed how to wire a switch in so the AC didnt come on in winter and so the AC works on all settings, done that and it works beyond expectations, now, does anyone know or preferably have a diagram to make the heater motor run on the extra high speed like it does in AC and defrost, on all the control settings, it be nice to have that extra high speed on all the settings so it could blow on the floor.

I've never experienced the extra high speed but perhaps it just sounds faster to you in those positions because there is less resistance though the ducting?
Then again I'm not all that familiar with the '01.

Or you can just unplug the low pressure switch and plug it in when you want the compressor to run. As for the extra high fan speed? There is only the highest speed, the change in volume (noise) you hear is the system in recirc mode. You would not want this as it uses air from inside the cab and the moisture would fog the windows and freeze quickly.
