Heater grid , what triggers soleniod ?
Been trouble shooting grid heater . Grid Ok , solenoid Ok as well as all connections . When I ground small lug on Sol grid heats up . Simply put where does the Solenoid get signal from ? Is there a fuse somewhere ?

Signal from PCM, more correctly, PCM drags the coil to ground.
Not sure if the 95 follows the 97, but on 97's, PCM connector C1, pins A9 is relay # 2 control, and C1, pin A7 is relay #1 control.
Check you air intake temperature sensor, that is what I believe tells it it is cold enough to fire.
