First Post.
Long time 12 valve, owner. 96 25000 CC 4X4 Auto 360,000km
I have 2 lights , that are burnt out, that illuminate the dials of my heater, fan and a/c controls.
Very easy to remove,
They are bulb and socket units (bulb not removable).
Made a quick fix, took the "water in fuel" bulb an placed it higher for lights,
worked.
All these bulbs are the same, 2 for illumination, 1 for "wait to start", 1 for "water in fuel" and 1 for "transmission temperature". 5 in total.
The dealers (partsmen), have no idea!
Nothing in the computer, no illustrations of the area.
All parts stores, have referred me back to the dealers.
Can anyone help?
