i changed my thermostat like 5 months ago and now its ben getting a lil cooler in the morning and found out that my heater isnt getting hot or warm for that matter and the defrost isnt blowing hot or warm air just cold and i meen like ac cold......is there somethen i can look at that is simple that can help on this i was thinking it might be the controls or somethen on the dash or maybe a fuse and suggestions will be great and just incase soeone asks its a 2002 dodge 3500 (older body style)

It could be the blend door in the A/C / Heater core box. If you do a search for heater core replacement you can get some pictures of the procedure, but I would take the control unit off and check to make sure it moves properly first.
