Head light knob removal on a 06?

Head light **** removal on a 06?
I am trying to get access to the wiring behind the headlight **** on my 06 ram. Is there a easy way to remove the **** and black panel from the rest of the dash? Thanks

You have to remove a lot of the dash plastic to get to it. Start at the bottom below the steering wheel and remove that panel. Next move to the center section, and then remove the entire section that covers the gauges. The switch is bolted to that panel from the back side.
