HE351 install help
I am rounding up all the parts for the turbo swap. I am wandering about the clamps for the cast elbow and exhaust. Are these the same clamp because the downpipe looks bigger. I need to get some ordered . So if any has an Idea let me know.

You can purchase both V-band exhaust clamps at the Dodge dealer for about 30 bucks each.
When you go to connect the exhaust, you will have to use a length of 3rd gen downpipe plus some 4" flex with two flat band clamps for the connections.
I have also seen guys make a hybrid down pipe where they cut off three inches of third gen downpipe and weld it to a slightly cut down 2nd gen downpipe.
When I did my swap, I had a 4" MBRP downpipe that was worth more than the cost of rounding up a used 3rd gen pipe+flex pipe+ band clamps so i did not create a hybrid 3rd gen/2nd gen down pipe.

Hey thanks for the info. I was looking at some on ebay but didn't know if they had to be the dodge issue. Are they same size or is the one on the down pipe bigger.
