having tranny built some???

So my tranny is out after the second gear band went. Since it is out it will be built with a triple loc, valve body work, solonoids, hd clutches etc. I tow heavy and often. Should I be adding a deep tranny pan, External filter, and an electric fan cooling unit? I'm sure all these would help which are necessary to keep this investment alive for many years of hard service? Thanks for the replies.

A deep pan is a good idea, the aluminum ones are a great because they give the tranny a bit more structural integrity. If you tow "heavy and often" as you said I would consider an input and intermediate.

I tow heavy with my setup and dont have a deep pan. I'll get around to it eventually, but its not a top priority. As long as you watch your gears up steep grades, you should be fine. A billet input is a must though.

I definately recommend the deep pan. Most of the big aftermarket trans cos. include them as part of the deal. (for a price of course)
