Have a few codes, need help

I have three codes and I have been able to identify two of them but the third is not found anywhere.

P-2504 -- high charging system

P-0462 -- Fuel level sending unit colts too low

PD412 -- Unknown

What would cause these codes, I know what caused the P-2504, jumping the loader at work and I think it charged me instead of vise versa. As for the other two, what could have caused them and what are the possible solutions. I am still under warranty and have not done any performance mods yet, so I have a perfect warranty.

Thanks

No air injection on these that I've seen. Checked and no listing for P0412. Everything else looks right though.

That's was Actron showed. It surely isn't PD like he showed and if it is...maybe it is a Edge induced code

Yeah, kinda wierd. I know you're right on the 412 being air injection like on older GM stuff and Caddys, but I think it is not being listed right for him!?

I don't know. I'm 99% sure PD412 is what it said. 06 and I did it with a Smarty, but I was the one doing the reading of the display. there was and has never been a DL or box on the truck. totally stock since day 1. Maybe I need my eyes checked. Or 06 should do the reading next time.

Try to get the codes with the key trick and read the codes on the odo screen. It might be a smarty problem reading or showing the right code?

I am going to go over to Scotts house tonight and we are going to look at it in more detail. The key trick does not work on mine, I have tried several times with no luck.
