Has anyone bought a Bestop Soft topper?

I saw these on the internet and was wondering if anyone has bought one and what your opinions are.

Depends on what you want it for I suppose.
I have seen them on lifted trucks out in the desert (running dunes and 4-wheeling) They looked nice and they seem like a great add on to me. Provided shade for the folks riding in the back and cover for camping.

I don't think I would have one if I was hauling anything valuable in the back ... too easy to slice open and swipe your stuff.

I have installed three Bestop tops on my Jeeps in the past. Very good company, good quality tops. The key to the top fiting properly is you have to be extremely accurate during installation, which can be a real PITA, but they work and fit well.
PW is right though, they are worthless as far as security, I actually disabled the door locks on the Jeep that had hard doors, 'cause I rarely had anything inside that cost more than the top.....

I am geting older and use to be able to lift my fiberglass topper off by myself and put it back on. Not any more. I thought since I do a share of bed hauling that this would be a good fit. The security can not be any worse that not having a top at all. I have been looking for a truck that has one for the last 4-5months but have not saw one in person. I appreciate the info.

I have seen these tops before but have no first hand experience with them but I have had many Bestop products for Jeeps over the years and I can say that they do make high quality tops and products that are user friendly have excellent mounting hardware and framing. IMO, as far as Jeep tops go, they make the best quality stuff.

Hope this helps......

No question. Bestop products are top quality.
Sorry, I don't have any experience with the pickup topper, only Jeep soft tops.
I'm sure you won't be dissapointed with the quality, though.
