harness under head light

harness under head light

hey there, im finally getting around to working on my front bumper and have just pulled the factory one off the truck. theres a wire harness the ends just under the passenger head light, not knowing why it is there i thought id ask you all.

If it's a 2 pin plug, it's probably for optional foglights.

no i have the fog lights and they connect at the bottom center of the bumper

I smashed my front bumper a couple weeks ago and I looked under there to see what kind of damage and I have the same plug... and I also have the factory fog lights... I WONDER

Are you looking at the block heater plug? It comes out the core support and comes out over the bumper but inside under the passenger side headlight. HTH.

nope not that either, thats near by. this plug is pinned just under the head light, not hanging loose

I have to agree I'm not absolutly sure it isn't the blockheater cord deally or what ever... but I dont think it is... so I jsut don't knwo

I apoligize for my last remarks.. because living in CANADA for my whole life it does get to -50 degrees celsius... and thats bleedin cold.. and I plug my truck in when it gets to about 0 degrees celcius... sorry about that..

i plug my truck in also on the frosty nights so im certain its not that. its a harness type plug not 110
