It seems like it starts worst and worst everytime I start it now. Its a 96 3500 with an auto it will fire up fast if I press the fuel peddle but it worked fine about 2 weeks ago and did't have to press it. It got new fuel lines from dodge last year

Sounds like your typical idle adjustment to me

Since you have new fuel lines this has got to be the case. What does it idle at? In an auto you should be in park at about 900 or so RPMS, so when you are in drive with your AC on you are close to your 750 rpm target range of idling. The engine vibration will actually loosen the screw from time to time, Sometimes it seems to happen because the idle screw can get a groove worn into it that will make it touchy to actually adjust your idle.

But to do this, you need a 10mm box end wrench, well two will work, but just gettin one of my 36" sleeve arms in there is tough enough, you loosen the bolt behind the IP and then u adjust the idle up or down as you need it..

If that aint clear enough, this should remove all doubt..
