How hard to change out front rotors on 03?

I have changed out brake pads before but never swapped out the rotors.

Remove front wheel
Unbolt front brake caliper
Remove front rotor, usually you will need a big hammer and block of wood to knock them loose.

madhat did a nice writeup, they are super easy, make sure you have some PB blaster and a BFH.

Use some anti-seize when yo put them back on. It helps them come off easy in the future

Crap that's an old post...

I use a rubber mallet on the edge of the rotors, if that does not do it, I take the big sledge and this the edges by the studs. Not straight on, but on the sides/top/bottom.

I use a 2 or 3 foot piece of 4x6 as a battering ram, works on tires, rotors and few other items we won't talk about. A little more forgiving than the standard BFH even though I did break a rotor on a Saturn once with this approach.

Piece of cake....if you can knock-er-loose

There may be some retaining star rings on a couple of the studs, if so remove them first (if it has never been apart).

My elbow still has tendonitis from 3 week ago when I replaced an axle u-joint from swinging that 5 lb sledge, ouch! I finally had to resort to wailing on a big slug of aluminum placed down in the cooling fin gap. The block(s) of wood just didn't hold up. Went through an entire 8' length of 2x4 piece-by-piece before I switch to aluminum. Finally popped off.

Not 2x4, 6x6 is best, 4x6 will do, I don't think I would waste my time with 4x4 even. No hammer at all, just use it like the cops do on TV as a battering ram on the rotor surface... I have even thought about putting handles on my hunk, this has always worked for me, but of course YMMV.
