Handling problem
I am not sure if this is dw or not, but when I am in a slight bend in a road, if there is a bump, it feels like it is skipping and there is a slight front tire bark. Is this the dreaded death wobble?

When your front end bounces out of control, everything in the cab gets thrown about and you hang on to the steering wheel in a panic and pray you can slow down..... THEN you have death wobble.
It's DEATH wobble for a reason.... You will know if you have it....

Bump steer is a change in tow with suspension compression and expansion. Unless you've modified your suspension a lot, your bump steer is pretty minimal.

If you're getting a tire chirp, that means you're loosing traction. Which also means you're right at the edge of traction to begin with. The first thing I would check is toe in.
