If you want a forged wheel with a close to stock backspacing, look at Centerline, they have lots of wheel choices in 17"-20". Kind of expensive, but real nice wheels. Another wheel is the Walker Evans, more of an off road style and pricey but they come in 17" and 20" with a 6" backspace. So those are two options for wheels.
As far as tires go, for an all terrain I like the Toyo Open Country AT and the BFG AT. Currently I am running the Toyo in a 285 75 17. Stock wheels and stock suspension. They seem to be a great tire so far. I also like the Toyo MT and the BFG MT. BFG doesnt make a tire in the 285 75 17 size the closest youll find is a 285 70 17 which are a great size just not a tall as the 285 75 from Toyo. In my opinion, the 285 75 17 is the perfect tire for a stock truck. Fills the wheel wells nice, no rubbing, lowers the RPM at freeway speed. hope this helps.

I'd stick with 17s or 18s with a nice thick tire.

Are you looking for black wheels or chrome?

If I could suggest, the teflon coated wheels are sweet, easy to clean, scratch and chip resistant, and a cool look. I'd look into some.

you could be the first CTD to rock some 30's.

sure $2250/wheel is a little pricey, but being a trend setter is never cheap.

Whoa!!

That is some serious dough for some seriously wheels. Almost $18k for a package with Pirelli tires!!!

Back to the original topic...... stick with wheels that have 5.5"+ of backspacing if you are wanting to go with a 34-35" tall tire on you rtruck and you should be fine.

Yes, please avoid the 30's. Stick with some truck tires and no rubber bands. Wouldn't go too much over a 285 without a lift. Pick some wheels and tires that you like and can afford. I prefer to stay local with purchases like that in case of problems, reputable dealers will stand behind their products.
Some will do free rotations and flat repairs too
