Guage Pic's Wanted

Did a search but did not find much. I'm looking for pic's of the steering column mounted guages.I picked up the plastic autometer piece today along with a rail pressure guage but I'm not sold on that location, its seems to cover up a few things also its off to the one side being I only got the single guage mount. If anyone has pics of theirs installed I'd like to see or perhaps suggest where I could mount one single guage.

Check my pics. I like the steer. mount, I added a pod in the center of it. On seeing 'everything' on the stock dash, just look over the pods LOL

Here are a couple pics first with single pod steering column and second with dual pod steering column. The gauges only block shift location and od display while driving. Easy enough to move you head a couple inches if necessary.

The SRT-10 A-pillar is nice for just one guage.

Thanks guys just what I was looking for. Sounds like your both happy with this set up and I shall proceed with the installation. I do like the look of the SRT pillar but have heard I may get the spotlight effect with the led backlighting in the Di Pricol gauge. And yes my spelling sucks, could explain why I only found a few threads on the subject.

Check my gallery. I like mine a lot. At first they kinda bugged me because I was used to the view of the gauges that I had but it grew on me quickly. The only thing I recall it blocking that you might want to know about is the bed lamp and the fog lights indicators.

A buddy of mine had pillar mounts and people would try to race him when they saw the gauges. Keeping them low like this will keep somebody from trying to run you.

Ramwheels,

How hard was the install on the gauges into the center dash under neath radio. I like the look of that but I might have to modify with the newer style dash.

I have no idea on the new dash center consoles how hard it would be. On mine it required cutting/trimming the lower opening for the A/C Control module to fit. Not necessarily hard, you just have to be willing to hack up the console trim. Dremel tool and screw drivers are all the tools needed.

Here are some other options. I am in the process of installing my Isspro Performax gauges and thought I would send out a couple of pics. Both gauge pods are from Auto-Meter.

Thanks Rock Crawler I already have the dash pod same as yours (although I mounted it between the 2 heater vents) and I didn't want to lose the grab handle so I didn't go with the pillar mount. I just finshed painting the column mount to match and I think thats going to work out pretty good. Also have the Arson kit on order so ,may be looking for you when it comes time to install .Thanks Again
