Gov. Spring ?'s
On my 97' 215 hp pump, could I not replace the inner-most or second-to inner-most spring with a spring that has considerably higher pressure than the factory. I know I could not determine de-fueling rpm's but that is not important. I don't really care if it doesn't de-fuel. I will control that with my foot. Is this possible? How many springs must I retain in the spring assembly?
