gound wire

what wire on the steering colum is the ground wire i need it to ground my pyro gauge box. or is there a grounding screw under the kick panel i am missing

Take the kick panel off and look in there. There should be a black screw attached to the metal frame somewhere. That will work as your ground.

The three screws that hold the knee bolster can be used for grounds. They screw right into the metal frame that supports the dash. I've got most of my underdash gauges and switches tied to this and haven't had any problems.

Do u have an alarm on your truck? If sotake off the panel right below the steering wheeland you will see a black screw with one or two black wires on it remove that screw and put the ground clip on there and screw itback in. When the screw is removed your siren will go off really quietly dont worry bout it. Hope this helps.
