Ok well i got some money and want to do stuff to my truck but like i said before my mom and dad do not want me doing stuff to my truck so i got about 400 and mybe 650 by the end of next week. My trans slip the other day i do not know why but i am hard on the truck so i am think be for i do anything if i should to the trans what do i need to do its a auto how far will my money get me if not the trans then what should i do

Fuel pressure guage to start.

100 bucks now, or $250 or $1500 down the road.
(lift pump or injection pump)

Get the transmission serviced, if you're already slipping it stock, then it needs at least the pressures upped a bit, not to mention the standard service.

$400 to $650 won't even put a dent in an aftermarket tranny (or just the VB and TQ even)

TQ torque converter from what I have read run around 800-1200 depending on the type I think it is DTT to check out I think a valve body kit is a couple hundred or so not sure I have manual
