Okay, got a few questions, I just got my guages, pyro, boost, tranny, and fuel psi. I know how/where to hook up the pyro and boost, what about the tranny and fuel pressure? I have heard of people putting the tranny temp in the line that goes to the cooler and I guess maybe the fuel pressure inline somewhere between the LP and IP? Just figured I'd ask first seems like when I think I know how to do something already, I see somebody on here do it a way that is alot easier and think, I shoulda asked!

for the fuel pressure you can use a tapped banjo bolt from geno's. this is the cleanest way i know of to do it and it's about $10. the tranny temp can be done using a mopar hose part #CH05011244AA. it has a boss for the sender in the hose. you could also cut and tee the hose if you like.

there is a little bolt on the front of the trans on the passenger side. i think they call it a servo test port or something like that. i took the bolt out and screwed in my trans temp probe there. i usually run 140* in summer in normal driving and 180* when drag racing, but right now its so cold i usually run a 100*.

Thats not an accurate trans temp. Most ccurate trans temp will be had in the "to cooler" line.

Re the fuel psi connection, I noticed an item on geno's garage you might be interested in.... I've got a post just started on "performance accessories" cuz I didn't know where ask the question... Anyway, the item is a replacement for your fuel fitler cap that has a fitting built onto it--geno's claims it allows easy connection of a psi monitor. I'm considering this, but waiting for addition feedback/post responses. thanks for the info i have been woundering about the placement of my trans temp probe if this is a accurate location or not. why isnt this a accurate location to measure the temp.?

Put your trans temp sender in the cooler line that goes from the tranny to the first heat exchanger. You can do this by cutting the line and installing a tap with one of THESE, or you can buy one of THESE.

Why do you want to read the temp at this location?
