Got another truck to play with needs some info.

hello everybody, need some help with my new toy bought me a 95 dodge ctd 4x4 reg. cab 2500 lwb. paid $5000.00 for it has 235000 miles on it.

My first problem i need some help on is I just replaced the speed sensor on the back of the transfer case because it didn't won't to go in to 4th gear. After I replaced the speed sensor it still wouldn't go into 4th and now the speedo won't work . Also another question the engine has a few oil leaks and probaly some other things just won't to know if there's some common things to get fixed and do to my project. thanks for any help.

Congrats on the new member of the family...too bad i couldnt get another toy for that price too. First things first, like guages are needed before power, you need to check a prevent the KDP. Dont put off a simple fifty dollar project any longer than necessary before you get a major oil leak from the timing case like I did. Not too pretty.....
