Is this a good way to lift my truck?

Anyone have experience with Procomp springs and shocks? I'm considering buying both, 2 inches longer then stock rather then just a front leveling kit. I figure this is a better way to go rather then just a spacer. Am i wrong?
Thanks for your input...

I have an 07 2500 6.7

thanks. I dont want to spend $1500 on the Carli starter kit. My feeling is that leveling with longer shocks and springs is better then using a spacer. Lorenz has a leveling kit that is pretty much what i'm thinking of doing. Its bilsteins, springs and i think sway arm extenders for about $600.
Or i can get procomp springs and shocks cheaper and just use them. (i think? No?)

Just replacing the springs won't necessarily make a better ride. Do you know the free hight and spring rate of the Pro Comp springs? What about the valving of the Pro Comp shocks? I'd go the Lorenz route before Pro Comp.

Thuren, Carli, or my favorite for my application will be Lorenz. These are the topp 3 I would go with. I believe Mr. Garcia (PTGarcia) said it best on another post, buy your suspension mods a little at a time as you save money. Companies like Carli and Lorenz you can level the front, then add the rear, then add traction bars, and so on.

Just my .02, and i love ur ride Mr. G!

You need to do the rear if you're worried about ride.

i thought the pro-comp kit was spacers- at least that's what it had been. i know that superlift's level kit is springs, and your choice of shocks (bilstein upgrade). if you go either of those routes, you can be leveled with bilsteins for less than $300.

it might only be listed as 2" diesel specific coil springs, which also comes with new, longer bump stops. then just look for the best price on some bilstein 5100's.

Thanks. Bilsteins are hard to find right now (backorder) Also, cant figure out if the ones that fit 05's and 06's fit the 07's. One shock salesman told me bilstein didnt make one for 07's yet.

You can get the Bilsteins at Geno's. They're listed for 06's but will fit the 07's. I got 4 of them from Geno's for my 07.
