Good Looking Switches

I am trying to put together all the part i will need to build me work lights to mount off my headach rack. THe one thing i am having trouble doing is finding a switch that i like.

Awhile back i saw a picture of a switch that some one had used here for that. It was grey or black and looked like a little bigger then a good size finger. it might have been a two or three position switch, it went with the fit and finish of the truck. Anyone got any suggestions?

THanks ROb

I've got strobes on my truck and had the same dilema. I ended up getting some small oval shaped black rocker switches with leds from Advance Auto. I installed them in the knee bolster under the steering column. I like the fact that they have the leds so I known when they are on.
I've got 4 of them there and they are hardly noticable.

I used the same type, mine is red, its really not noticeable, I wanted a factory style switch, but I could not find anything, I was looking for a rear window defogger switch, I had to have mine in, so I quit looking.

check out the link in my sig to the reverse lights. the round switch is momentary on - off. the rocker on the knee bolster is on-off-on. the led lights anytime the lights are on - regardless of switch positions. the round push button overrides the rocker switch.

the round switch is from 'the source / circuit city'
the rocker is from NAPA.

sorry, no Pn's - but you can sure spend a while @ NAPA flipping thru the catalogue!

i would also recommend a local electronics hobby shop - they probably will have what you are looking for, and will be in stock.
